Logging cancelled sessions

We understand that it may be necessary to reschedule/cancel sessions with late notice due to sickness, family emergencies, or other unavoidable situations.

We encourage both clients and AHAs to exercise common courtesy if the need to reschedule a session occurs. We know it can be frustrating if a client needs to cancel a session at short notice, buy please take into account if you have needed to reschedule sessions at short notice recently also.

If a session is cancelled within 12 hours of the session start time the client may be charged for the duration of the session, up to a maximum of 2 hours.
