How to log sessions that include a meeting with the clients AHP

Sessions that include a meeting with the clients AHP should include the meeting in the same assist as your regular session. Make sure you select ‘This assist included a meeting with the client’s AHP’. A new field will appear below that will allow you to state how much time was spent with the clients AHP during your assist. The total assist time should include time spent with the client’s AHP.

For example, if you spent 30 minutes meeting with your client’s AHP, and 1 hour and 15 minutes with your client, you would log a 1 hour and 45 minute session, select ‘this assist included a meeting with the client’s AHP’, and enter ’30 minutes’ in the meeting length field.
