Pricing and Invoicing

  • Our meet and greets are complimentary 1-hour (maximum) sessions to allow both parties to find out whether they are a good fit for each other. You will have a complimentary meet and greet with each allied health assistant that you are interested in if they have submitted their application.

  • If you would like to reschedule a session within the cancellation period, you will be charged. To avoid charges, please aim to reschedule your session as soon as possible.

  • If a session is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled session, you will be charged the full amount for the session (up to a maximum of 2 hours).

  • If a session is cancelled before 48 hours of the scheduled session, you will not be charged for the session.

  • We understand that things can occur last minute which can result in a cancelled session. If you feel that you shouldn’t be charged for a cancellation session due to your situation, please email info@foratherapy.com or give us a call on 1800 921 422.

  • Please email accounts@foratherapy.com and provide the invoice number, payment date and total amount. Our accounts team will take care of this for you.

  • Our cancellation policy changed as of 22nd November 2021. A reminder email was sent out to our users about this change.

  • If your allied health assistant (AHA) sees two of your children back-to-back and consecutively works for 1.5 hours or longer, these changes won't affect you. For example, if your AHA spends one hour with the first child, and another hour with the second child immediately after, neither you or your AHA will notice any difference [...]

  • For any questions or concerns about invoicing, pay rates or anything related to finances, please email accounts@foratherapy.com.

  • If a session is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled session, you will be charged the full amount for the session.

We will contact the allied health assistant to confirm whether they are willing to continue sessions without travel allowance or if they are open to extending their shift hours to make the travel more worthwhile.   • We will aim to match you with an allied health assistant that is within 20 minutes driving distance from your home to avoid you paying travel fees.   • To avoid cancellation fees, please provide twelve (12) hours notice. For example, if your appointment is at 9am on a Monday, inform your AHA before 9pm on the Sunday before.   • Invoicing occurs fortnightly. If you are paying for the service privately, or if your NDIS funding is self or plan-managed, you will be emailed an invoice that can be paid via direct bank transfer or PayID.
