Getting paid for travel to and from sessions

If you travel more than 20 minutes to get to or get home from a session you can request to be paid for that time. For this to be processed an agreement must be made between you and your client. Contact our support team on 1800 921 422 or to begin this process.

Typically, we don’t charge clients or pay AHA’s for travel time, and instead encourage them to select clients who are nearby. It is important to use the Meet & Greet as an opportunity to see how long it takes to get to a client.

Sometimes clients are willing to cover travel time, especially if they are in a more remote area without many AHAs, but it’s best to discuss this with the client during the Meet & Greet before accepting ongoing sessions with the client.
