How much time before a therapy assistant session can I cancel or reschedule without getting charged?
To avoid cancellation fees, please provide twelve (12) hours notice.
For example, if your appointment is at 9am on a Monday, inform your AHA before 9pm on the Sunday before.
To cancel or reschedule, you must contact your AHA directly via a text message or phone call.
If you miss an appointment, cancel or reschedule within 12 hours, you will be charged for the duration of the session, up to a maximum of 2 hours.
